We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED, subject to 3.4% online transaction fees. We also accept bank transfer payments for more information, please download bank transfer instructions.

Badge Collection for Physical Passes

Badge collection is open from Wednesday, April 09, 2025 at 07:00 onwards at the entrance of the Sheikh Rashid Hall of the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Delegates will be required to take the following steps:

  • Step 1: Sign in on the onsite system, validate their details and print out their name badge with barcode
  • Step 2: Head towards the welcome pack collection point that contains the scientific program
  • Step 3: Swipe their barcode before every session to ensure gaining CME points.

Attendee’s will receive their name badge, which includes the bar code necessary to receive CME credit, and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.

Onsite Registration for Physical Passes

If you cannot register online, onsite registration is available and open on Wednesday, April 09, 2025 at 07:00 in the registration area. Kindly note that fees will be higher as compared to online.

Please note that an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach our account. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early or standard registration), the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

Industry representatives who wish to attend the congress can purchase passes at special rates.

Group Registration

Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. For information on group registration please contact [email protected]. A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons as such:

10 Physicians Passes– USD 4500
10 Allied Health Passes– USD 2700
10 Residents/Fellows Passes- USD 900

Cancellations / Refunds / No Shows

One month or more prior to the announced event date: refunds are provided USD 30 less of indicated registration fees. For international accounts no refunds are available.

Cancellation received one month prior to the announced event date will not be refunded, as material for each meeting registrant has already been prepared. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

DiaEdu reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the meeting, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.
