Exhibition Guidelines


The exhibition floor plan will follow a first contracted first served basis. The exhibition area is located at Baniyas 2 (middle section) and the pre-function area. 

Exhibitors need to fill in hotel non-liability forms in order to receive access to the venue during setup.

Slot Sizes


Diamond 9m X 3m, Booth
Platinum 6m X 3m, Booth
Gold 4m X 3m, Booth or 2 X 3.5m 2.5m pop-up & 2 tables & 4 chairs
Exhibition (A-P) 3m X 2m, shell scheme, table, 2 chairs and spotlights

Setup Timings


Assembly: February 20 at 02:00 up to February 20 at 13:00

Dismantling: February 24 at 17:00 up to February 24 at 22:00

Exhibit Timings


Exhibition will run in parallel to the scientific program and are in the middle of both parallels in Baniyas Ballroom 2 starting from after lunch on Day 1, Wednesday, February 21, 2018. It is recommended that company reps from sponsors are present at their booths during coffee breaks and registration timings every day.

Compliance Forms


  • All built booths require approval of design by January 31, 2018 strictly
  • Sponsors are required to fill in a security clearance and compliance form on behalf or by their third-party booth designers/builders. The forms are provided by the venue in order to access the exhibition area. In the case forms are not provided no guarantee during setup can be made

Shipping Collateral


In the case sponsors are sending items from abroad or congress bag inserts need to be sent to the following address:

If you are sending an import to your local distributor, please provide your AWB number to us and we will generate a Dubai Customs electronic letter explaining the items is for your participation at the PAIRS to which you are required to attach to your shipment from the country of origin.
